Have bought a few of these. One daughter wears one with her epipen in it. My other daughter recently started wearing one with her diabetes snacks in it. They say they are very comfortable and don't even notice wearing them. They last a long time (years) and the whole process is extremely easy. Even the Canadian orders arrive quickly. Thank you!

We have the knowledge that my grandson is wearing his epi pen at all times at school and it does not hinder his sports or daily tasks at school.

Belt is too small for my 7 & 8 year old
Love the concept but the belt is definitely NOT "Youth" size as it already is pretty snug for my 7 & 8 yr old kids who are average (or smaller) in size. I'm keeping both of the pouches because their school has been nagging me to get one of these forever. I figure I can easily add an extension for it as required, which will be probably be soon. Thank you for your feedback. The youth belt fits waists 18"-26." We typically recommend the Original or Updated Adult belts for ages 8+. This fits my 6 yr old just right... He wears it everyday to school and it sits comfortably around his waist. He loves it and feels proud wearing it. I recommend this product .

The belt is too small and too expensive for me to return from Quebec.... My daughter is an average 5 year old and it is very tight around her waist. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the belt. The youth belt has an adjustable waistband and fits waists 18"-26." Great product!
I bought a pocket Epi-belt about 3 years ago. It was a perfect fit for my then 3 year old. We were able to fit an epipen in it or an allerject in it. This belt lasted a full 3 years of wearing it daily. The zipper has just recently broke . I like this product I ordered another for my son - this time in camo. I would purchase again!
