Epi Belt Youth is for small children

Posted by Judy on 25th Jun 2014

I purchased this for my 13 year old but, seeing how small it was, I tried it on my very slim 9 year old. It was too small for him to wear comfortably for any period of time. I've requested a larger size but, have not heard back from the company yet. -Judy Thank you for your feedback Judy. We recommend the adult belt for ages 8+ and would be more than happy to exchange your belt. We will review our description to make sure that size recommendations are clear. Please check your junk box for our reply with instructions. Unfortunately if our address is not in your address book, the emails sometimes go to junk. I hope this helps. -Theresa Marie, Allergy Apparel™

    least cumbersome and really comfortable

Posted by Selena on 15th Apr 2014

I ordered this belt for my 5 year old, along with the Kozi Epi belt. We like this one much better because it is sleek, thin, and the material is stretchy like a think wetsuit type and my son doesn't mind wearing it at all. The only criticism I have is that the label it came with to state the allergy falls apart (plastic pops off), but we just put that inside the pouch and my son knows to tell an adult that his parents phone #s are inside if needed. We really like this belt and would highly recommend it! He actually thinks it's cool. Thanks Allergy Apparel for another great product to make our lives easier and more safe!

    Youth Epi Belt

I like this product, however the material is not very durable. I have had to sew my son's in several spots as it just gets warn out and forms holes. I do like the belt; however as it's very convenient and easy for him to wear to school everyday.

Sturdy, usable, and small enough for my 4 year old

Posted by ALRW on 17th Mar 2014

My skinny little fellow wears this very comfortably (he forgets it is there), and he leaves it alone. It's sturdy and expands easily to hold his Auvi-Q Jr (1 or 2). I'm pretty happy with it and he doesn't seem to mind it at all. His teachers so far are happy that it's out of sight (under his shirt) but keeps his meds close at hand. (He's carrying a trainer right now so we can see how this whole self-carry thing goes). We're pretty excited about it! Love the easy to use clip (he can work it himself), and the zipper is smooth.
