Returns + Exchanges:
Allergy Apparel™ aims to please and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit. All exchanges/returns must have a RMA code.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. We apologize but we are unable to refund shipping expenses. All exchanges and returns must have a RMA code (your order #). Items must be in perfect condition, with tags attached and no sign of wear. Items that have been customer damaged will not be accepted for a store credit.
If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs of the delivery of your new item, within the USA. We are not responsible for items that are sent to us and not received.
Canceled orders are subject to a service fee.
Personalized items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Customer Exchange/Return Process
To request the required RMA # please follow the below steps.
- Log into Allergy Apparel, then go to My Account
- Go to Completed Orders, then click Exchange/Return Item(s) next to item.
- Fill out the following items on the exchange/return request:
- Quantity to exchange/return
- Exchange/Return reason
- Exchange/Return Action
- Comments (optional)
4. Click Submit Exchange/Return Request.
Once we receive the exchange/return request, you will receive an email with instructions. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk box/folder.
Once we receive and inspect your exchange/return, we will issue a store credit, allowing you to replace the unwanted item with the replacement item of your choice. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs of the delivery of your new item, within the USA.
Unfortunately at this time, Allergy Apparel™ is NOT responsible for the shipping expenses on international exchanges. We apologize for the inconvenience.
